Q. Can I make a reservation by telephone / e-mail?
A. When making a reservation by phone, please call our reservation center (050-5894-3782). Reception hours are from 10: 00-18: 00.
Unfortunately, we don't take reservations via e-mail. 

Q. How many rooms can I make a reservation with one reservation?
A. You can book up to 4 rooms. In case of more than 4 rooms, we will accept as a group reservation. Please contact the call center.

Q. I'd like to confirm the reservation details, how can I do it?
A. For reservation records you booked via our call centers, you can check at the call center.
When you check on WEB by yourself, "My Page" on the official website
Or please confirm from "Reservation confirmation email".
In case of reservation from other than the official website, please contact the reserved site.

Q. Can I change or cancel my reservation details by phone / e-mail?
A. Changes and cancellations are possible only for those who have made reservations at our call centers.
Unfortunately, we do not accept changes / cancellations of reservations by phone or e-mail.
If you apply via WEB, please proceed on WEB you applied.
When applying from the call center, please contact the call center.

Q. How long can we change from the official website?
A. We will receive it until 23:59 the previous day, but in case of change of number of people / room you may not be able to change depending on availability.

Q. When will the cancellation fee be charged?
A. It will occur from 14 days ago. As cancellation fee, 10% before 7 days, 20% before 7 days, 50% on the previous day, 80%. On the day (No show) reservation we will charge full 100% amount as cancellation fee.
Q. What time is check-in / check-out? Can you extend it?
A. Check-in 15: 00 ~ / Check-out ~ 11: 00.
An Extended fee will be charged for use after check out time.
From 11:00 to 13:00, 1,500 yen (tax excluded) per hour, after 13: 00, we have 100% accommodation fee only if there is vacant room on that day.

Q. Is it possible to check in after 24 o'clock?
A. Yes, it's possible. However, since the hotel entrance is locked after 24 o'clock, please ring the telephone or the interphone next to the entrance.

Q. I have made a reservation with a short stay, but can we check-in before 18:00 on the day?
A. No, you can't.

Q. Can I hasten the scheduled check-in time?
A. Is possible. If you check in until 23:59 it is unnecessary to contact us. If it will be after 24 o'clock, please inform the hotel.

Q. Can we sleep with children at existing bed? 
A. Children under 6 years of age sleeping together on the same bed as adults will not incur a charge for children.
For lucky you will have 1 child per room.
Children only bed use and bedtime sleeping for those aged 6 and older, room charges equivalent to adults will be charged.
We do not provide amenity, towel, pillow etc for children with co-sleeping. If necessary, we will separately request 1,000 yen (tax excluded).

Q. Is there a crib or bed guard?
A. Unfortunately, we don't have a crib or bed guard. 

Q. Can we accommodate even under 20 years old?
A. If you are under 20 years old you need a written consent from parental authority.
※ If you are staying under the age of 15, you must be accompanied by a parent / guardian.
Please send it to the hotel by check-in.
※ If you can not confirm the consent form, we may refuse your stay.

Q. How long does it take from the nearest station?
A. ● Tokyo Metro Namboku Line · Ginza Line "Tameike Sanno" 4 minutes on foot from exit 11
● Tokyo metro Chiyoda line "Akasaka" station 5 minutes walk from exit 5

Q. Is there a parking lot?

A. Three-dimensional parking lot for three vehicles (ordinary car) on first come, 
first served basis
Fee / usage time  3,000 yen / night (from 15 o'clock to 11 o'clock)

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A. There is a coin locker on the first floor, please use there. There is also a size limit, so please consult the front desk at that time. 

Q. Is it possible to use the restaurant on the day?
A. Yes, you can. Please come to the restaurant directly.
Q. How much is the breakfast fee.
A. Advance reservation: 1,500 yen, use on the day is 1,700 yen. Child Fee: Free from 0 to 5 years old. It is 700 yen for 6 to 12 years old.

A. We are located. There is a limit in the guest room, please tell us in advance when you make a reservation.

Q. What is the "LG Styler" cleaning machine with all rooms?
A. It becomes a closet type home cleaning machine.

Q. Is the bus / toilet separated?
A. It depends on the room type. LG Styler Room Only twin rooms are separate, and other rooms are unit bus specifications.

Q. Please tell me the size of the bed.
A. Semi double: 140 cm. Double: 160 cm. Twin: 100 cm. Triple: 100 cm + sofa bed is carried in.

Q. How many card keys can we get?
A. 1 card for each room.

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in / after check-out?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept baggage deposit.

Q. Can I send luggage to the hotel in advance?
A. It is possible, but please observe the following.
■ Method: Always thank you as [prepayment]. With cash on delivery, it will be impossible to receive any. (Temporary provisional payment will also be impossible.)
■ When shipping: Thank you for sending it by the day before the stay or on the day of stay.
In addition, when sending, please be sure to mention "full stay" and "reserved party name" in the voucher with full name.
■ Precautions: Living things / Dangerous goods / Luggage that is offensive or baggage that the hotel judges like that,
Regardless of the contents we refuse at the hotel depending on the content, we regret to refuse any deposit though excuse me.
In that case the shipping fee / return fee etc. will be borne by the customer (COD etc). Please acknowledge it beforehand.

Q. Is there a home delivery service?
A.Yes, there is. We accept at the reception until 11:00 in the morning.

Q. Is there room service? Can you deliver a birthday celebration cake etc?
A. Unfortunately, we don't provide room service. 

Q. Is there a hotel concierge?
A. No, there is not. 

Q. What is the security measure like?
A. We have confirmed 24 hours with a security camera.
Because the hotel is locked at night, outside people can not enter.
Also, regarding the elevator to the guest room floor, you can not use it without the card key.
